Cultural Compass
In early 2022, driven by growing social and environmental crises, we were feeling anxious about the future and at the same time, inspired to take action beyond lifestyle changes.
We both wondered: what might a creative firm look like if it were designed to hold us accountable to show up better for ourselves, our clients, our communities, and our planet?
Quail was born to do just that. Our goal is to help other purpose-led businesses connect and communicate transparently, boldly, and effectively (internally and externally) to make greater impact and help build a better world for all.
We’re exploring new and innovative ways to integrate sustainable business practices, foster deeper collaboration with clients, and create meaningful impacts through our creative work.
The stories we tell and listen to shape our world. We’re designing our business using the B Corp framework to integrate wellbeing into our client work and business practices from the outset.
We don’t just build bold and beautiful brands: we create measurable impact, and hold ourselves accountable. Our process is all about immersion: in your story, with your stakeholders, and around your vision.
